Change of Mind Return Request

All change of mind return requests must be submitted by using the form below. You will be contacted by email to confirm whether your request has been approved or not. If we choose to accept your change of mind return, It will be subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be returned to our warehouse (91 Mandoon Road, Girraween NSW 2145) within 14 days of you receiving the item.
• The item must be unassembled and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in good condition.

After we have received the item back to our warehouse and the condition has been assessed, we will then provide you with a full refund of the item price less a 30% restocking fee to cover administrative and warehouse costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order. Freight is not refundable. It is the customers responsibility to organize for the item to be returned to our warehouse.
