Shipping Information

In-stock items will usually be dispatched within 3-7 business days from order date via one of our third-party freight partners. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch (location dependent), and tracking details will be supplied where applicable. Customers are not able to request a specific delivery date, our freight partners will however advise when the items are scheduled to be delivered.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is our most economical and budget friendly, 1-man delivery service. Delivery is to front door / ground floor only and does not include stairs. This service does not include furniture assembly or rubbish removal. Couriers may need assistance unloading heavy items like dining tables and sofas. Items transported on a pallet will be delivered to a ground-floor or front-door location only. If these locations aren't easily accessed, our freight partners will deliver your items to the most accessible point.

It is the customer's responsibility to move delivered items from the ground-floor or front-door location into the premises. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure furniture items will fit through any doorways, staircases and lifts prior to ordering.

White Glove Shipping

White Glove is our premium delivery service. This is usually a 2-man service. This includes bringing the furniture inside the premises, furniture assembly and rubbish removal.

Order Pickup

Orders can be collected from our Sydney warehouse. Please let us know when you are planning to pick up so that we can ensure that your order is ready.
