Shipping Information

In-stock items will usually be dispatched within 3-7 business days from order date via one of our third-party freight partners. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch (location dependent), and tracking details will be supplied where applicable. Customers are not able to request a specific delivery date, our freight partners will however advise when the items are scheduled to be delivered.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is our most economical, budget-friendly delivery option and is carried out by a single delivery driver. Delivery is to the front door or ground floor only and does not include stairs.

This service does not include furniture assembly or removal of packaging. Couriers may require assistance unloading heavy items such as dining tables and sofas.

Items transported on pallets will be delivered to a ground-floor or front-door location only. If these areas are not easily accessible, our freight partners will deliver to the nearest safe and accessible point.

It is the customer’s responsibility to move all items from the delivery point into the premises. Customers must also ensure that all furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts prior to placing an order.

White Glove Shipping

White Glove is our premium delivery service, typically carried out by a two-person team. This includes delivery into your premises, full furniture assembly, and removal of all packaging and rubbish.

For apartment complexes, delivery must be completed via elevator access. We are unable to deliver items via fire stairs.

Please note, this is a delivery service only. We are not specialised furniture removalists and do not carry items up complex staircases, through difficult access points, or via balcony lifts.

If delivery cannot be completed safely or access is deemed unsuitable upon arrival, the delivery will not proceed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all access points have been carefully measured prior to booking this service. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Order Pickup

Orders can be collected from our Sydney warehouse. Please let us know when you are planning to pick up so that we can ensure that your order is ready.
